NPL Micellar Casein is a night time protein shake for optimal recovery and muscle gains.

    Directions

    • Mix 2 level scoops (approx 30g) with 250ml of cold water.
    • For best results consume before bedtime.
    • Vary the amount of water to achieve desired consistency and taste.
    • To increase your protein intake per serving and achieve a delicious milkshake taste, use milk instead of water.
