      Directions

      • Mix 2 heaped scoops (95g) with 400-500ml of cold water (vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness level) and shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
      • Drink within 30 minutes following an event or long training session. In case of an endurance event exceeding 4 hours, have a second serving 1 hour after the event.
