Shipping Policy

National Deliveries

HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins will deliver your order to your home or office at most locations within the Republic of South Africa. Delivery to locations regarded by the courier company as remote or a security risk will be rejected and refunded.

For further convenience to our customers, HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins also provides a “click and collect” service, which allows the user/customer to order and pay for product(s) online and allow for personal pick-up of the product(s) at the HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins retail store in Mall@Reds.

Delivery Services

HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins uses a trusted, recognised and professional courier company for the shipping and delivery of your parcel to ensure you get it on time. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an e-mail/sms with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us at reds@healthtwin.co.za

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office, please provide the following information when requested at checkout:

  • Contact Name and Number
  • Street Address and Street Address (If complex Name of Complex and Unit number)
  • City/Town
  • Postal Code

Please note that HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins cannot refund any product(s) which were not delivered due to an incorrect address.

The following delivery options with associated rates are provided with our courier services:

Orders Over R750.00:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: 2-5 business days
  • Rate: FREE

Overnight Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: 1-2 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout. Dependant on location.

Orders Under R750.00:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: 2-5 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout. Dependant on location.

Overnight Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: 1-2 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout. Dependant on location.

Please Note:

  • The courier company only delivers during normal working hours so please ensure a person will be home during working hours to receive your parcel or otherwise use your Work Address.
  • Delivery to remote areas, plots, farms, mines, power stations, etc. and special deliveries to embassies, government departments, etc. will carry additional surcharges. These additional surcharges can only be confirmed with shipment confirmation, and the customer will be contacted at this time to first effect the additional surcharges payment prior to order confirmation. In the event that the customer is not prepared to pay these additional surcharges, then the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded via EFT payment.Delivery times may differ due to COVID-19.

 “Click & Collect” Services

For further convenience to our customers, HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins also provides a “Click & Collect” service which allows the user/customer to order and pay for product(s) online and allow for personal pick-up of the product(s) at the HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins retail store in Mall@Reds within one workday. The address of the store is:

Please Note:

  • The user/customer will be required to print a copy of the completed order, as received with the order placement, as well as a confirmation email which will be sent by HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins to the user/customer once the order is ready for collection at the retail store.
  • The user/customer will be required to present both the order and confirmation email to the retail store sales manager for collection.
  • The user/customer will be required to provide proof of identity (ID/Drivers card) and to sign a receipt at handover of the product(s).

Any responsibility of HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins is passed onto the customer/user upon handover of the product(s) to the person which presented the purchase order and the confirmation email and HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the products(s) once handover has taken place.

  • Any responsibility of HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins is passed onto the customer/use upon delivery to the address provided and HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the products(s) once delivery has taken place. 
  • Orders placed after 14:00 on Working Days will be shipped the following day.
  • Delivery times specified above may not be applicable if there are unforeseen complications.
  • Orders are only shipped during Weekdays and Working Days.
  • Orders placed after Friday 14:00 will be shipped Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).
