National Deliveries

HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins will deliver your order to your home or office at most locations within the Republic of South Africa. We deliver nationwide in South Africa and do not ship outside South Africa. Deliveries to locations regarded by the courier company as remote or a security risk will be rejected and refunded.

Delivery Services

HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins uses a trusted, recognized, and professional courier company for shipping and delivery to ensure timely arrivals. Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email or SMS with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us at centurion@healthtwin.co.za

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office.

Please provide the following information when requested at checkout:

  • Contact Name and Number
  • Street Address (include complex name and unit number if applicable)
  • City/Town
  • Postal Code

Please note that HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins cannot refund any products that were not delivered due to an incorrect address. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that address details are accurate.

  •   Rate: Calculated at checkout, dependent on location.

Please Note:

  • The courier company only delivers during normal working hours, so ensure someone will be available to receive your parcel or use your work address.
  • Delivery to remote areas, plots, farms, mines, power stations, etc., and special deliveries to embassies, government departments, etc., will carry additional surcharges. These surcharges can only be confirmed with shipment confirmation, and the customer will be contacted to arrange payment before order confirmation. If the customer is unwilling to pay these surcharges, the order will be cancelled and refunded via EFT.
  • Delivery to certain places deemed hijacking hotspots or security risks may not be feasible, practical or viable for HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins.
  • In all of the above circumstances, or any other circumstances not mentioned, HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins has the sole right and discretion to decline a delivery, in which case your order will be cancelled and a refund given. 

“Click & Collect” Services

For further convenience, HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins also provides a “Click & Collect” service allowing customers to order and pay for products online and pick them up at our retail store in Centurion Lifestyle Centre within one workday. The address of the store at Centurion Lifestyle Centre:

Please Note:

  • Orders must be collected within 3 business days after receiving an email confirming the order is ready for collection. 
  • If the order is not collected within 5 business days, a storage fee of R100 will be charged to release the package.
  • Orders not collected within 15 working days will be automatically cancelled without any refunds. The customer is responsible for collecting the package within the provided timeframe.
  • Customers must print a copy of the completed order and the confirmation email received from HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins and present both to the retail store sales manager for collection.
  • Proof of identity (ID/Driver’s card) and a signature will be required at the handover of the products.

Important Points:

  • Any responsibility of HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins is passed onto the customer/user upon delivery to the address provided and HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the products(s) once delivery has taken place.
  • The courier company will attempt multiple deliveries to the provided address. After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins, and the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our pickup location.
  • Orders not collected within 15 working days will be automatically cancelled without any refunds. The customer is responsible for collecting the package within the provided timeframe.
  • Orders are only shipped during weekdays and working days. Orders placed after Friday 14:00 will be shipped Monday morning, provided that Monday is not a public holiday.
  • Delivery times specified above may be affected by unforeseen complications.
  • HealthTwin Supplements & Vitamins cannot refund packages returned due to an incorrect address or the customer's inability to receive the package.
