Recommended Usage

• Mix 1 rounded scoop (7000mg) with approx. 300ml of cold water and consume 10-20 minutes before training. 

• Do not take it within 4 hours before bed time. Do not exceed 1 rounded scoop within 24 hours. Beginner pre workout users should start with a half serving and build up tolerance first.
