CREATINE MONOHYDRATE has been specifically formulated to replenish ATP, giving your muscles the energy they need for intensive exercise. Your body has only a limited supply of ATP, which usually lasts a few seconds during intense exercise.

While your body produces its own supply of Creatine, this is not sufficient to supply your muscles with the added energy they need for intensive exercise. CREATINE MONOHYDRATE has been designed to increase the production of energy that enables muscles to perform at a higher intensity. The more energy your muscles store, the better they can perform in events requiring intense immediate energy.

    Recommended Usage

    • Take 1 teaspoon (5 g) of Creatine Monohydrate with water, or your favourite flavoured drink.

    • Loading Phase: It is recommended to load for 3 days, take 2 teaspoons (10 g) twice daily. On days of your workout, take 2 teaspoons before your workout and 2 teaspoons (10 g) after your workout.

    • After Loading: Take 1 teaspoon (5 g) twice daily. As with all Creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
