NUKE LITE is a pre-workout designed specifically for the ladies. We have lowered the caffeine content and taken out the ingredients that lead to the dreaded "tingle" you feel in other pre-workouts. We also reduced the tub size, making NUKE LITE easy to carry and easy to store in your cubbyhole or gym bag

Directions

  • Mix 1 scoop (approx. 8g) with 250ml of water in a NUTRITECH® shaker.
  • Shake thoroughly and drink 20 to 30 minutes prior to workout, on an empty stomach.
